Landmark Wholesale this week cemented its 40th birthday celebrations with the news it has recruited four new members.
Lomond Fine Foods and Lynton Exports officially became Landmark members on July 1, while G-A-P and First Choice Wholesale Foods will join on January 1, 2013.
Lomond Fine Foods, which comes to Landmark following its resignation from the Sterling Super Group, is a delivered foodservice wholesaler based in Glasgow and delivering across Scotland. It specialises in cakes and fresh soups.
Lynton Exports is a family-run business based in Staffordshire. It acts as exporter and agent for a number of UK organisations in chilled, ambient and frozen goods in both the retail and foodservice sectors. It also deals in end-of-line runs and clearance lines as well as non-food – including pottery, kitchenware, washing products, domestic and electrical items.
G-A-P, in Blackpool, Lancs, was established in 1996 and is a delivered wholesaler specialising in car care and impulse products to both national and independent forecourts and convenience stores.
Finally, First Choice Wholesale Foods, trading since 1980, supplies the retail, catering and licensed trade and is based in Burton-on-Trent.
