Landmark Wholesale has carried out a number of changes to the structure of the trading department at its Milton Keynes head office following a review.
It has cut the number of senior trading controllers from three to two, and the total number of trading controllers who report to them has been increased from six to seven.
This means that senior trading controllers Jon Burton and Jim Brown have taken on additional responsibilities, while Max Wright has left the company. Burton and Brown will continue to report to trading director John Searle.
Landmark Wholesale managing director Martin Williams said the review had been carried out to ensure the group remained fit for purpose for future requirements, and that the changes would make it more efficient and effective.
He said the team had also been refreshed at trading controller level with some changes of responsibility for categories.
There are also additional plans for development of the catering and foodservice offer following the move by JJ Food Service to become a member of the group.
