JTI has launched a new website for retailers, designed to provide key category insights, news on product developments and up to date industry and legislative information. Launching this month, the JTI Advance trade website aims to become “an invaluable tool for retailers to help support and develop their tobacco business.”
Richard Kellaway, JTI’s head of wholesale, symbols and independents, commented: “The investment in the new trade website will complement our face to face contact provided by our sales force who will continue to deliver an unrivalled service.
“The website (www.jtiadvance.co.uk) will be available on mobile, tablet and desktop to support the busy schedules of retailers and provide key business tools including margin calculator, training guides and downloadable PDFs and much more.”
Throughout the launch period, retailers will be visited by JTI sales reps to help with registration and provide a Contact ID which will allow retailers to access to the website.
Jeremy Blackburn, JTI’s head of communications, said: “To ensure JTI Advance delivers the right solution for retailers, JTI has incorporated insights from key independent retailers into its design and build. To guarantee the website is 100% user-centric, we hosted a workshop with key retailers to uncover their needs and challenges. JTI’s salesforce will be working closely with retailers during the launch period in September and October to help demonstrate how retailers can get the most from the website.”
