JJ Food Service on the hunt for talent to support 2017 growth plans

JJ Food Service, the Enfield-based wholesaler that has opened three new branches over the past two months, has launched a major recruitment driveto attract the next generation of managers and to support its growth plans in 2017.

A JJ spokeswoman said the firm had plans to continue expanding in the year ahead, making talent attraction a key driving force in 2017. Positions have been announced at all 11 branches across the purchasing, sales, transport, warehouse and finance departments.

“We are a fast growing business and having the right people is key”, added CEO Mustafa Kiamil. “Almost all of our managers have been promoted from the ground up – we offer applicants of all levels and experience a chance to join a fast-paced team, working with big FMCG brands and excellent career prospects if you can demonstrate passion, energy and drive.”

To support the campaign, JJ has developed a series of YouTube videos to demonstrate the fast progress and career paths available at the wholesaler (click on the link below to view).

To support the expansion plans a ‘Talent Pool’ has been developed to attract a pipeline of new employees. “Our Talent Pool is an important way of capturing future talent”, said Kiamil. “If your skills can be utilised within our business, whether at ground or senior management level, we want to hear from you,” he said.

Vacancies will be shared on JJ’s careers page and via its Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn streams.
