Wrigley Doubles up launches

Wrigley has started off 2006 with the launch of extensions to its Hubba Bubba and Airwaves ranges.

Hubba Bubba Max will be available in two flavours, strawberry watermelon and sour double berry, with an RSP of 30p.

Hubba Bubba Max replaces Mix ‘n’ Match Strawberry & Vanilla and the limited edition Hubba Bubba Colours. The launch will be supported with POS materials for retailers and an extensive media support package, including a ‘funbelieveabubble’ new TV commercial to drive interest and trial in the new product.

Airwaves Active, a sugarfree chewing gum which contains Guarana, will have an RSP of 42p.

Communications manager Alex MacHutchon, said: “Airwaves is the second fastest selling chewing gum brand in the UK and continues to be a great success with consumers who are looking for a chewing gum with a kick to help invigorate and refresh.”
