3663's progress on sustainability

As communications controller at 3663, Lindsay Winser is responsible for internal and external communications. This places her in a key position to understand the issues facing the industry.

As well as sitting on 3663's sustainability board, Lindsay has helped 3663 achieve the title of The Grocer's Green Wholesaler of the Year, and its listings in the Sunday Times Top 50 Best Green Companies and The Sunday Times Top 20 Big Companies to Work For.

Much of her career has been spent in customer facing roles at high profile companies including Compass Group, Whitbread, Boddingtons and Allied Lyons Retailing, and she has practical experience in nearly every sector of the industry.

In her presentation to the conference she will share her views on sustainability.

She will chart 3663's progress and explain how the company works to place sustainability at the heart of its business, as well as motivating the audience to adopt a more sustainable way of doing business.
