Unilever unveils Pot Noodle in a Mug
Unilever has launched Pot Noodle in a Mug.

The new format will benefit from the £8m marketing support package for Pot Noodle in 2010 and is designed for a different consumer group.
Pot Noodle in a Mug is available in Roast Chicken, Tomato & Herb, Chinese Chicken and Spicy Curry. It has an RRP of 49p and is available in 10 units per case. It is designed to be a lighter, mid-morning snack aimed at women.
Mike Miller, sales controller for Pot Noodle, said: "Pot Noodle is the market leader in the instant pot snacks category and bought by 20% of UK households, which we believe gives us a huge opportunity to add value to instant soups. At only 150 calories, the new range is set to attract new consumers by appealing to women looking for a mid-morning snack, adding incremental growth to both the brand and category by attracting new users."
