Cadbury offers prizes for Creme Egg in-store display competition

Cadbury has launched a Cadbury Creme Egg display competition.

There are three national prizes to be won with the first place winner receiving a prize worth £7,000 and 28 regional rewards worth £500 each.

Cadbury is asking independent retailers to put together creative Cadbury Creme Egg displays in store. To take part in the competition retailers should get in touch with their sales representative who will deliver a POS pack to them with banners and balloons.

The POS will be emphasising the limited nature of the product with the strap line 'You'll Miss Me When I'm Gone.

Kate Harding, trade communications manager at Cadbury, said: "Cadbury Creme Egg is the number one selling countline between New Year and Easter and this competition will encourage retailers to signpost the Easter season in-store, maximising their sales by creating truly memorable displays which grab shoppers' attention. The advertising will help create awareness of Cadbury Creme Egg and its limited availability, driving consumers in-store."
