Landmark Wholesale has made two senior appointments. Chris Doyle has been appointed business development director, ending a year-long search for a replacement for Ian Davidson, whose title was marketing director, and Stuart Johnson has been promoted to retail controller replacing Raj Krishan (see panel), who will be joining Today's Group.

Landmark managing director Martin Williams said Doyle had wide experienced in retail and buying groups and was a very strong appointment for Landmark. He will head Landmark's retail development programme at board level as well as being responsible for member recruitment, own brand development and general marketing, and working with Williams on organising Landmark's events.

Johnson has been retail operations manager with the Group and co-ordinated the roll-out of the retail development programme for the past two years.
