Asian Dim Sum restaurant brand Dim T has chosen DBC Foodservice to deliver bespoke products to its sites across London and the south east.
Dim T specialises in Asian dining at modern restaurants, including at its flagship London Bridge branch which features panoramic views of the city.

“Dim T operate primarily in and around the south east, with a central kitchen in Park Royal in central London. We were able to offer them fantastic savings by implementing effectively a backhauling solution, whereby we collect bespoke products from key suppliers, deliver them to the central kitchen before collecting, managing and finally delivering direct to each restaurant.”
