High street brand Prezzo has chosen DBC Foodservice to deliver its multi-temperature product range across its 140 restaurants nationwide. This new Features > Business, worth in excess of £7m a year to DBC Foodservice, also includes deliveries to Jonathan’s, Chimichanga, The Ultimate Burger and iMMO.
Steve Jones, head of business development at DBC, commented: “Prezzo was urgently looking for a new foodservice partner, and we are delighted our flexible and cost-effective solution met their requirements.”
The contract was mobilised from enquiry to delivery in four weeks. Jones said: “Prezzo has restaurants located in Scotland right through to Cornwall and utilises a significant range of bespoke, specialist food items in addition to its comprehensive range of core products. Within four weeks of the initial meeting with Prezzo we had sourced all relevant stock, put in place a robust distribution solution and were ready to roll out deliveries from our network of branches nationwide.”
