DBC Foodservice has announced changes to the structure of its senior team with the addition of new directors.
Michael Barrett has joined as sales and marketing director. He was previously managing director of Leicester-based Crown Crest. He will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the commercial aspect of the business.
Sue Cronin-Jones has joined as buying director from Somerfield where she also held the position of buying director. She has replaced the previous buying director Brian Metcalfe who is now business development director.
Jeremy Fitton has also joined as strategy director and Leo Weston is the new group financial director.
Richard Burke has taken the role of trading director and Paul Wilkinson has been appointed head of contract distribution.
Chris Horne, managing director of DBC, said: “I am confident that with these additions to the management team we are in a much stronger position to achieve the very ambitious growth plans we have set ourselves.”
