Communicating with customers on shelf

Moray Newberry, managing director of the design and marketing agency Monitor Creative, will be looking at communicating with customers in his presentation.

He explains: “Delivering consumer choice doesn’t finish when the product’s on the shelf. How to communicate with the consumer cost effectively – that’s the next issue.”

Newberry has been in sales and marketing for more than 30 years and has held senior positions with De La Rue, Formica and Bernstein Group plc. For the last 14 years he has run Monitor Creative – a design and marketing agency based in Manchester. Clients have included Burtons Foods, Princes, Westlers and Frederick’s Dairies.
