Booker wins Shell supply contract following P&H demise

Booker Retail Partners (Booker’s delivered arm) has secured a new three-year deal to supply Shell forecourt stores nationally.

The agreement, which has already started through the Booker Wholesale estate, will move to Booker Retail Partners network in early 2018. The deal means Booker will be servicing more than 500 stores nationwide for the next three years.

David Moss, general manager of Shell Retail UK, said: “We are very pleased to be working with Booker to ensure that there is a safe and reliable supply of products to our service stations to provide our customers a wide choice of goods and services.“

Steve Fox, managing director of Booker Group – Retail, added: “We are really excited about this new partnership and it is a privilege to serve Shell retailers. The whole team is looking forward to working with Shell to increase footfall, sales and profits for their stores.”

Booker stepped in in the wake of P&H’s collapse last month.
