Best-in, the own-label range from Bestway Wholesale, is offering independent retailers up to 80% profit on return on more than 300 lines in its product range throughout January.
The Family Fortune promotion, which includes best-selling Best-in products in impulse, grocery and non-food, is designed to offer shoppers exceptional value while delivering “superb, sector-leading margins” for retailers.
The Best-in label, which has been going through a rebadging process over the past 12 months, now has more than 95% of its range in the new livery – including dual price-marking and traffic light nutritional information.
The promotion, which kick-starts a raft of Best-in initiatives for 2015, offers retailers a greater chance to compete and is designed to give a boost to sales and profit in January.
“Best-in is all about offering a great quality range at fantastic prices and our research has identified that the key target audience for Best-in is mums shopping locally for their families. Everyday essentials make up the majority of the Best-in family of products and these are the products that are included in our January Family Fortune promotion so I would urge retailers to get behind the promotional lines in January and gain additional sales and profit” said Nick Brown, category manager for own label.
Brown added: “Family Fortune is the first of a series of own label activity planned for 2015 including taking Best-in into new product areas and exciting competitions and promotions for customers. The Family Fortune promotion begins on January 1, 2015 and ends on January 31. All promotional lines are available via Bestway Direct, Bestway and Batleys websites, the new Bestway App for IOS and Android and at all Bestway and Batleys depots nationwide.
