Bestway customers “get their just rewards”

Bestway and Batleys customers have over the past month been enjoying free shopping trips, free stock and money off at their local depots as part of the wholesaler’s Bestway Batleys Rewards Card initiative.

The Bestway Batleys Rewards Card offers customers receiving money off a case or free stock every third shop. One customer per depot also has the opportunity to win one of their monthly shops free.

Among the winners in February were Mr Easwaran of Mathusa News who received his cheque from Ann Dawson Bestway Stoke-on -Trent’s assistant manager; and MH Foods’ owner, Shazad Khadam who collected his cheque from Luton general manager, Shafaq Hussain (pictured above, on the right, with Shazad on the left).

Shafaq Hussain said: “It is fantastic to be rewarding customers for their loyalty. Customers also believe they have a great chance of winning as every depot has one winner – it’s great to have a localised incentive as it really engages the community. We are seeing customers coming in more regularly which gives us a fantastic opportunity to talk with them and see how we can help them develop their businesses. It also great to see products changing month on month and not the same old products which encourages customers to try new lines.”

Salih Sheikh, head of marketing for Bestway Wholesale commented: “In February we received a great response to the Rewards Card scheme with over 4,800 stamped cards. However we have already surpassed this figure in the first two weeks of March which really does show how customers are embracing the money off and free stock deals. The introduction of the new Bestway Batleys Rewards Card is our way of saying ‘Thank You’ to all our customers who choose to shop with us on an ongoing basis by rewarding them with money off and free stock every third shop that will really help their profitability.”
