Specialist tech company Access is set to drive home the importance and benefits of having the right integrated warehouse management system (WMS) for wholesale, transport and logistics organisations when it exhibits at Multimodal 2014 at Birmingham’s NEC this week.
Access says it is using the exhibition, which runs from tomorrow (April 29) to Thurs May 1, to help businesses uncover missed opportunities; profitability, capacity utilisation, scheduling and productivity whilst reducing administrative processes.
Ian Roper, Access SCS divisional director, said: “We work with businesses in the wholesale, transport and third party logistics sectors. Our integrated systems help organisations to lessen the administrative burden of managing complex supply chain operations, making them much more efficient and leaner in the process. Our user-friendly, integrated warehouse management software Access Delta meets the increasing challenges faced in warehouse inventory management, bringing with it efficiency gains of up to 25%.”
The exhibition also includes seminars from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and the Freight Transport Association. The Access team will be in the UKWA Pavilion stand: 231.
