A tonic for the trade? Britvic revamps its mixers range

Britvic has unveiled a complete re-launch of its Britvic Mixers and Juices range, a range which has been a part of British pub culture since 1938.

In response to evolving consumer tastes and “the demand for authentic and quality drinking experiences”, Britvic’s Indian Tonic Water has been refreshed and reformulated, as well as repackaged.

Available for retailers and hospitality operators to buy from mid-October, Britvic’s tonic water, along with the rest of the range, will be presented in a brand new, bespoke bottle to emphasise the brand’s “classic British heritage”. Britvic Mixers will be available in 125ml bottles and 200ml bottle format, and 150ml cans across the Indian Tonic, Low Calorie Indian Tonic, Ginger Ale, Orange Juice, Tomato Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Cranberry Juice, Soda, Bitter Lemon, and Lemonade variants. The rebranding also extends to the Dilutes range which comprises Orange Cordial, Blackcurrant Cordial and Lime Cordial.

Annabelle Cordelli, brand director at Britvic Soft Drinks, commented: “The re-launch of our Britvic Mixers and Juices range marks a real commitment to quality for us. We’ve listened to our customers and shoppers to develop our great-tasting tonic to lift guests’ spirits – in both senses of the word.”
