3G Food Service has introduced a range of frozen seafood products designed for a spring or summer menu.
The range aims to offer customers new and interesting seafood flavours. It is sourced from Phillips Foods Europe.
The products include: Shrimp Bisque, New England Clam Chowder and Chesapeake Crab Cakes, Firecracker Spring Rolls and Par Fried Dim Sum Assortment. The Par Fried Dim Sum Assortment offers Shrimp Spring Rolls, Shrimp Wonton and Shrimp Money Bags. The pieces are hand-made in Thailand and contain local ingredients and spices.
Ben Smales, managing director of 3G Food Service, said: “We wanted to add new and interesting meal solutions which were easy for operators to prepare, making them ideal for outlets of all kinds. 3G and Phillips are now working together to develop and launch new bespoke products for group accounts and restaurant chains.”
