Temperature monitoring system

Next Controls has introduced the Tutela4food system, an automated temperature monitoring system to be aimed specifically at the food retail, catering and wholesale markets.

The system automatically records the temperatures in chilled and frozen food storage and display equipment, and relays the data to the Next Controls’ permanently manned control room in Farnborough, Hampshire. Temperatures of chilled and frozen food refrigeration units need to be recorded at least three times a day; taking the readings automatically saves time and staff costs. The temperature records are stored centrally and can be accessed at any time from any location using a secure browser over the Internet. Records no longer need to be stored locally because historical data can be downloaded.
