Streamlined web ordering gives Regal Wholesale an edge

Regal Wholesale has installed new web-ordering software at its Wirrall HQ in a bid to strengthen customer service and streamline the ordering process for customers.

The system is the latest from wholesale technology specialist Sanderson, which will allow Regal customers more choice and control over delivery schedules and order tracking

Regal specialises in the wholesale and distribution of toiletries and household goods, supplying discount stores, convenience outlets and supermarkets.

The new web ordering system now means Regal Wholesale’s customers can place orders 24 hours a day, use an advanced product search facility with category and brand filtering and see next available delivery dates and a real-time shopping basket.

Chris Hughes, managing director of Regal Wholesale said: “I think the Sanderson website ordering system looks great and works very well, and most importantly our customers agree. It’s a big success! Customers have said the website is easy to use and displays products in a clearer way. Having a user-friendly website is essential for helping us to retain customers and grow sales.”
