IT system i-snapshot, allows sales teams to send key information via their mobile phones.
The system is designed to give the sales force more time to concentrate on selling and to give the information needed to improve the efficiency of the team. The i-snapshot system sends the coded SMS text message to a secure website. Information on the sales person, visit time and date is captured automatically via the message details of each text.
The data is analysed and a report produced in seconds and the sales manager can then look at the report at any time.
