Checkpoint Systems has launched its Merchandise Visibility solution.
The RFID-enabled application addresses the challenges of giving store managers full inventory visibility to reduce out-of-stocks, shrink and operational costs, while aiming to improve the consumer shopping experience and increasing sales.
Prasad Putta, general manager of Merchandise Visibility at Checkpoint, said: “Wholesalers face extremely high capital costs, meaning they can’t afford to stock extra merchandise. They need to optimise inventory levels to prevent overstocking that leads to costly markdowns and profit losses.
