Bestway has signed a three-year support agreement with STL following the IT company’s recent acquisition of Anker Systems’ wholesale division.
The agreement covers software support and help desk for all back office, tilling and hand-held applications.
STL Support Desk now deals with an average of 500 calls per month from over 30 customers, covering 100 branches. The services include software and hardware maintenance for STL and Anker products, STL software updates and up to seven days a week telephone and email support, depending on the level of contract cover.
Mark Garland Jones, support director for STL, said: “As the main point of contact for our customers it is important that we strive to make the STL support function the very best in the wholesale sector. The Bestway contract is a great endorsement of the quality of our service.”
