Parfetts Cash amp; Carry has completed an internal restructure with appointments for three employees to its group trading team.
Matthew Norbury joined Parfetts at 16 as a part-time warehouse operative and has progressed through various roles including wines and spirits buyer at the Stockport depot with secondments to the Halifax buying team.
Bill Taylor has been part of the buying team for the Aintree depot for over 20 years, latterly as senior buyer.
Simon Chadwick has been seconded to the group trading team on a temporary basis initially to help develop his skills in the head office buying department. He joined Parfetts part-time when he was a student, joining as a warehouse and checkout operative and he has since had positions within the Stockport buying team.
All three will be group trading managers, responsible for negotiations on behalf of the entire Parfetts estates.
Greg Suszczenia, group trading director, said: “All three are fantastic additions to the group trading team and a wonderful blend of youth and experience, enthusiasm and passion. All three have developed their careers within Parfetts and therefore understand intrinsically the needs of our customers, the staff and how Parfetts achieves its success.”
