Bakehouse, a manufacturer of continental pastries, savouries and bread, is appointing a new NPD project manager.
Greg Woodhead is currently working as a food technologist in Bakehouse’s technical team and will take on his new role this month.
Woodhouse will continue to be responsible for technical research, further developing Bakehouse’s nutritional policy and identifying areas for product improvement in addition to his new NPD projects.
Karen Clayton, NPD director at Bakehouse, said: “The experience that Greg has obtained during his time at Bakehouse has certainly stood him in good stead for working within the dynamic NPD team, and his move to a new role as project manager reflects the priority Bakehouse places on both continual innovation and people development.
“He will be helping to deliver our programme of strategic and key customers product development, and with a number of exciting projects already under way, we are sure that the appointment of Greg to the team will contribute to Bakehouse’s ongoing success.”
