Nisa-Today’s has strengthened its Holdings Board.
Joginder Singh, director of Michael Supermarket, and Mark Windebank, managing director of Savage amp; Whitten, were both re-appointed to the board after standing for re-election.
Simon Hannah, director of JW Filshill, and Kishor Patel, managing director of Luton-based company Houghton Trading, are new recruits to the Nisa-Today’s board.
Patel, said: “I am delighted to be elected to the board of Nisa-Today’s and the support I received from shareholders has been exceptional. I believe that with the vast experience, knowledge and passion I have for the company and the independent retail sector, I will fit well on the board and help drive member profitability.”
Mark Pullen, independent non-executive chairman, said: “Member directors are extrememly important in the development of Nisa-Today’s and the group has voted in four members who are really passionate about the company and its value and success. The board is lucky to have like-minded members, all of whom are committed to the company.”
