Higley moves up at Creed

Carly Higley has gone from customer service executive to business development executive in the space of two years with Creed Foodservice. After just nine months in her customer service executive role, she was given the chance to take up a customer service apprenticeship; after that she applied for the new job.

With Creed’s aim of being the ‘foodservice supplier of choice’, a large part of Higley’s new role will be advising customers about new products, menu planning and keeping them up to date with trends in the out-of-home market so the company can ensure it is offering what consumers want.
