Nisa-Today’s has appointed Deborah Broddle as its first human resources manager.
In her new role Broddle will implement the group’s human resources strategy, delivering a series of wide-ranging initiatives to meet the needs of the company and its employees. She will also work closely with directors and senior managers aiming to embed a culture of human resource excellence within the company.
Broddle has 16 years experience in personnel and human resources management. She most recently worked for global steel wire and fencing manufacturer Betafence Limited.
