3663 has merged its Kent operations to create a ‘super-depot’ at Paddock Wood and has appointed Derek Moore as the new business unit controller.
The new facility replaces the two depots in Sevenoaks and the one in Edenbridge which Moore was previously general manager of as well as the Dunton Green site. He has worked for 3663 for over 17 years.
He has been involved in the Paddock Wood development from the beginning. Moore said: “It is of the utmost importance that we build on the excellent work already done by the teams at the three depots. It is very important to me that we enhance the skills of our staff and keep them motivated to deliver the high levels of service that our customers expect from 3663.”
A work force of 350 will be employed on site at Paddock Wood and all employees from the Edenbridge and two Sevenoaks depots were offered employment at the new depot.
