Bellevue has restructured its senior management team as part of its new strategy.
Frank Fraser, previously financial controller, is now finance director. Fraser joined Bellevue in 1995 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the pound;40m turnover business.
Gerry Fraser has been promoted to trading director from his previous position of trading controller. He has been with Bellevue since 1982 and in the last 18 months he restructured the trading department, aiming to improve efficiencies and forge closer working relationships with suppliers.
Colin Smith is taking on the newly created position of head of sales and marketing. Smith was previously marketing manager of Costco Wholesale UK in Edinburgh, and before that he worked for Bellevue from 1998-2003.
The restructure is designed to fuel future growth and drive the business forward.
Frank Fraser and Gerry Fraser took up seats on the main board of Bellevue from September. Graham Benson, managing director, and George Benson, commercial director, will remain in their positions but the management restructure aims to allow them more time to invest in developing and exploring strategies to grow the business.
