Bryan Drew, Booker commercial director, will update the conference on continuing improvements to choice, price and service in Booker and how these support the conference theme. He will also touch on how Booker is broadening into delivered wholesale, internet business and new format ‘Extra Branches’.
Bryan is responsible for all buying activities and brands at the Booker Group. He rejoined Booked in November 2005 having previously co-founded Hub Wholesale Ltd.
Now in its fourth year under new management, he says Booker is in good shape. With 172 branches and over 400,000 customers, its aims are to become the best as well as the biggest supplier to small business and become suppliers preferred route to market in the UK.
