kff, the Kent-based independent foodservice wholesaler, has announced it will be returning to the Restaurant Show for the third consecutive year with six key artisan suppliers.
Visitors to stand GC29 at Olympia, London, between October 5 and 7, will be able to receive insight, hints and tips into menu planning, market trends and how to increase profit, together with having the opportunity to taste a wide range of produce, including smoked meats and fish, ice creams and sorbets, charcuterie, jams, chutneys, terrines, pates, cheese, olives and speciality bread.
Three of the suppliers partnering with kff are new to the show: Little & Cull’s and their award winning gluten-free terrines; Stokes Sauces (everything from ketchups and mayonnaises to condiments, pickles and jams – pictured above); and smokehouse The Weald Smokery. The others include ice-cream and sorbet maker Yorvale; pie specialist Kentish Mayde; and deli/charcuterie maker Castellano’s.
The kff team, many of whom are ex-chefs, will be available add value by recommend new ideas and products that can help develop a restaurant business. Furthermore, each of the suppliers joining kff on the stand will be on hand to discuss the methods behind making their artisan produce and where each product can fit into a restaurant operator’s menu.
