Bidvest 3663 is expanding its frozen dessert range and showcasing it online as part of its Taste of Summer microsite in a bid to make it easier for customers to choose desserts that meet their needs and help them to drive sales.
The launch follows Bidvest 3663 research across the frozen dessert category that shows decision-making is influenced by various factors with a great consumer focus on price and healthy lifestyles making it harder for restaurants, pubs and cafes to sell desserts.
The Delectable Desserts webpages allow customers to filter desserts to find ones to suit their needs and include additional information alongside hints, tips, recipe ideas and a picture of every product in the range so that customers can see exactly what they are buying.
Plus, to help outlets keep up-to-date with trends and seasonality, new products have been introduced such as Bidvest 3663’s own brand Mini American Classics, which include Key Lime Pie, Pecan Pie and Mississippi Mud Cake.Also available is gluten-free Trio-Berry Amore also from Bidvest 3663’s own brand range. Other new additions include items from new supplier Boncolac, which supplies luxurious French inspired fruit based tarts, and Pfalzgraph with value-for-money sheet cakes and gateaux.
