Sold out: FWD’s the Whole Story will play out to capacity crowd

The last remaining ticket for the FWD’s annual conference sold yesterday (Thursday) underlining the unprecedented demand from wholesalers and suppliers for a seat at the industry’s most important gathering in the calendar.

More than 230 delegates will gather to hear the Whole Story of wholesale distribution’s contribution to the economic and social health of the nation and its prospects in the rapidly-changing retail and foodservice markets.

The great and the good from some of the channel’s biggest players will speak at the annual conference on July 14 – including Booker’s Charles Wilson, FWD council members Steve Parfett and Bill Laird of Today’s Group. Repesentatives from suppliers include Heineken UK’s Dan Robinson and Nestle Professional’s George Vezza.

The conference takes place at St George’s Park, Burton-upon-Trent and is followed by drinks, dinner and the presentation of the him! Wholesale Awards.
